Does this sound like you?

Your body can heal. Sometimes it just needs the right support.

Regenerative medicine, combined with movement

Three therapies, each with a specific role.

Every regenerative plan at CEPT starts with a biomechanical evaluation. Technology like force plates, motion analysis, and muscle activation testing guides which therapy fits your tissue, your injury, and your goals.

Regenerative EMTT medicine treatment

EMTT (Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction Therapy)

High-energy magnetic fields that influence cellular activity and tissue metabolism. No physical contact. Often used for deeper tissue and chronic joint stiffness.

Focused shockwave therapy being applied

Focused shockwave therapy

Targeted acoustic energy for deeper tendon and joint conditions.

Radial pressure wave treatment

Radial pressure wave therapy

Broader mechanical energy for superficial muscle and tendon issues.

Never used in isolation

Biomechanics evaluation guides every regenerative plan.

How it works

Three steps. Long-term results.

  1. 1
    Full evaluation.

How you move, where load is accumulating, and why tissue is struggling.

  2. 2
    Integrated treatment.

The right regenerative therapy paired with movement retraining and strength progression.

  3. 3
    Long-term performance.

A plan designed to build tissue capacity so improvements actually last.

Real patients, real results

Patients who chose the non-surgical path.

★★★★★

Struggled with shin splints through 2 training blocks. Shockwave therapy plus the gait retraining they prescribed fixed it in 4 weeks. They don't just blast the area with modalities — they find WHY it's happening. Running pain-free for the first time in 18 months.

Quick answers

Good questions patients ask.

What conditions does regenerative medicine treat?

Tendon injuries (Achilles, patellar, proximal hamstring), joint pain (knee, shoulder, hip, elbow), plantar fasciitis, chronic muscle tightness, and overuse injuries from running, lifting, or repetitive training.

Is regenerative medicine a substitute for surgery?

Sometimes, yes. For chronic tendon and soft tissue issues, regenerative therapies can be effective and avoid surgery entirely. For acute injuries or specific structural problems, surgery may still be the right call. Evaluation tells us which path makes sense.

How is this different from cortisone injections?

Cortisone suppresses symptoms. Regenerative therapies support actual tissue healing. Many people come to us to avoid repeated cortisone shots.

Does it hurt?

Sensations range from mild discomfort to deep, dull pressure depending on the therapy. EMTT is often described as subtle. Shockwave is firmer. Everything is adjusted for your tolerance.

How many sessions will I need?

Varies by therapy and condition. Shockwave plans typically run about 6 sessions. EMTT is often used over a longer progression. You'll get a clear plan at evaluation.

How does payment work? Do you accept insurance?

We're cash-pay only — we don't accept insurance, and that's intentional. Insurance-based PT caps session time and dictates treatment. Our cash model lets us spend a full hour one-on-one with you each session, use the research-grade technology that actually works, and build a plan around your goals. We work in personalized care packages tailored to what you need, with transparent pricing discussed during your free Discovery Visit.
