Real patients, real results

Patients who got back to what they love.

★★★★★

Came here post-ACL reconstruction. The return-to-run protocol was data-driven and personalized in a way my previous PT wasn't. The force plate numbers told us exactly when I was ready. Ran my first marathon 11 months after surgery.

★★★★★

The EMG biofeedback showed me exactly why my knee flared up at mile 14 of every long run. Turns out my glute med was firing 60ms late. Targeted work on that single issue and the pain is gone. Wish I had found this place years ago.

Quick answers

Good questions knee patients ask.

I had ACL surgery. When should I come in?

We work with post-op athletes from the first 6 months all the way through return-to-play testing. Starting as early as your surgeon clears you for PT gives us more data and better outcomes.

Can you help if I haven't had surgery?

Yes. Not every knee issue needs surgery. We'll give you an honest biomechanical assessment and tell you what we think the best path is.

What's a return-to-sport score?

It's a number (low, moderate, or high injury risk) based on your biomechanics, jumping, running, cutting, balance, and strength symmetry. It's compared against over 50,000 athletes. It's the same testing the San Jose Earthquakes use.

How long does full recovery take?

Every case is different. For ACL recovery, the full return-to-sport program typically runs 9 to 12 months post-op. You'll get a clear timeline at your evaluation.

How does payment work? Do you accept insurance?

We're cash-pay only — we don't accept insurance, and that's intentional. Insurance-based PT caps session time and dictates treatment. Our cash model lets us spend a full hour one-on-one with you each session, use the research-grade technology that actually works, and build a plan around your goals. We work in personalized care packages tailored to what you need, with transparent pricing discussed during your free Discovery Visit.
